Welcome to the 2026 CSRA Auto Fest. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your participation in the event organized by Eagle Marketing & Events. By accessing this site or attending the fest, you agree to comply with these rules designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all car enthusiasts.
Eligibility
Participants showing vehicles must be at least 18 years old or have written parental consent. All displayed vehicles must be registered, insured, and meet the specific category requirements for the 2026 show.
Vehicle & Safety Rules
- Engines must be off once the vehicle is parked in the exhibition hall.
- No excessive revving, burnouts, or reckless driving on event grounds.
- Vehicles must remain in their designated spot until the official load-out time.
- Fire extinguishers are recommended for all indoor exhibition vehicles.
Ticketing & Refunds
Tickets for CSRA Auto Fest 2026 are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. In the rare event of a total cancellation by Eagle Marketing & Events, refund options or credits for future events will be provided.
Vendor & Sponsor Terms
Vendors must operate within their assigned booth space and are responsible for their own setup and cleanup. Eagle Marketing & Events reserves the right to remove any vendor whose products or conduct do not align with the family-friendly culture of the fest.
Code of Conduct
Respect your fellow enthusiasts. We have zero tolerance for harassment, fighting, or disruptive behavior. Failure to follow staff directions will result in removal from the event without a refund.
Photography & Media
By entering the CSRA Auto Fest, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Eagle Marketing & Events may use this media for promotional purposes. Personal photography is encouraged, but commercial filming requires prior written approval.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Attendance is at your own risk. Eagle Marketing & Events and CSRA Auto Fest partners are not liable for any vehicle damage, theft, or personal injury sustained during the event. Owners are responsible for securing their property and vehicles at all times.
Weather & Schedule Changes
The 2026 fest is a rain-or-shine event. While many exhibitions are indoors, outdoor festivities may be modified due to severe weather. Event schedules and guest appearances are subject to change without notice.
Prohibited Items
- No outside alcohol or illegal substances.
- No glass containers.
- No weapons of any kind.
- No professional drones without an approved media pass.
